Terms of Service

1. The service

tasu.ai ("tasu", "we") provides three things: a free content library and daily newsletter about mobile app growth, a paid MCP subscription, and occasional one-off paid app analyses. The MCP is a Model Context Protocol server that your AI coding agent connects to. It answers questions about onboarding, paywalls, pricing, and retention with sourced claims and benchmarks. By subscribing, joining the newsletter, or using the MCP you accept these terms. We rely on a small set of sub-processors to operate the service (including Convex, Vercel, Stripe, beehiiv, Resend, and PostHog); the current list and what each handles is in our Privacy Policy.

2. No guarantee of results

tasu provides information and recommendations only. Revenue figures, conversion rates, and other statistics shown on this site or returned by the MCP are reported by third-party founders or drawn from public benchmarks and datasets. They are illustrative and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of earnings. You remain solely responsible for the changes you ship and their outcome.

3. Payments

The MCP is sold as a recurring subscription at 9€ per month, billed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal (the link is in your Stripe receipt and on your key page); access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. One-off paid analyses are custom services quoted and billed separately.

4. Refund policy

The MCP subscription comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, email hello@tasu.ai and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

5. Your access key

Each MCP subscription is granted a private access key. Keep it confidential. Do not share, publish, or resell it, and do not use it to build a competing or resale service on top of the MCP. Your key is tied to your subscription: cancelling or a failed renewal revokes it, and we may revoke a key we find is shared, resold, or used to abuse the service.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute tasu's library, knowledge base, or MCP outputs as your own product.
• Do not attempt to access other customers' data or keys.
• One subscription is for one customer's own use.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tasu's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the product before they take effect.
